Fantastic Service from Guillermo! We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Guillermo, and he truly made our dining experience unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, he had us laughing with his quick wit and charming sense of humor. Not only was he incredibly funny, but he was also kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Guillermo’s work ethic was just as impressive! He was always on top of things, ensuring our experience was seamless while still taking the time to engage with us in a way that felt genuine and warm. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such an easygoing and entertaining personality, but Guillermo does it effortlessly. If you’re lucky enough to have Guillermo as your server, you’re in for a fantastic time. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be hoping to have him again! Thanks for making our night so much fun! The food was delicious!!

The food and the drinks here are fantastic! Everything is so fresh and full of flavor. Tino, our server, was amazing and took great care of us! This place is just what this town needed! Will definitely be coming back again.

A Hidden Gem After a Long Hike! This was our first time here, and my wife and I were blown away! The ambiance is amazing—cozy, inviting, and full of great energy. The menu had so many tempting options, but the chimichanga stole the show—absolutely delicious! Big shoutout to our server Katterin—she was professional, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food tasted truly authentic and hit the spot after a long day of hiking. 100% we’ll be back—this place is a must-try!

Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was our first time here. The place was super clean, well decorated, and spacious. Very nice and modern bar area as well. Menu is very expansive and well priced. Our waiter, Guillermo, was very welcoming and super nice. Service was perfect. The food was authentic, super fresh, and delicious. We will definitely be back. It was a fantastic find after a nice hike.

I had a wonderful experience at Rosarito! The food was genuinely authentic, bursting with flavor and reminding me of traditional Mexican dishes. The margaritas were some of the best I've ever had—so refreshing and delicious! What really made our visit memorable was our waiter, Guillermo. He was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on and truly enhanced our meal. I left feeling satisfied and happy, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend this place!

Melanie was our waiter and she is absolutely fabulous! Incredibly sweet and attentive. Gave great recommendations and everything we had was amazing. Good variety of music and very neat and clean. Would come again.

Absolutely thrilled to discover this place! If you are looking for AUTHENTIC, traditional, Mexican...this is the place! It's just like a fonda you'd find in Mexico. The food was amazing, especially the loaded nachos, horchata, and flautas. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. The atmosphere and decor is warm, festive and clean. It's definitely going to become one of our go to's...can't wait to eat my way through the entire menu!
